Guests always ask the same things: the Wi-Fi password, what time breakfast is, how check-in works, where to park, where to eat tonight. They ask in any language, often by message and often at eleven at night. At night the front desk is small or closed, and during the day these questions take time away from the guests who really need a person.
We know the problem well because we solve it with two products of our own, built for hotels and B&Bs.

Our products for hotels and B&Bs
Kweendee is an AI concierge for hotels and B&Bs. The property keeps its information where it already is - website pages, Notion, Google Docs, PDFs - and Kweendee indexes it and answers guests from it, in over 50 languages. It's added to the website with a single script, has its own page for links and QR codes, and logs conversations so staff see what guests ask. It's getting ready for launch, with the waitlist open.
iiziguest is a digital guest guide for B&Bs, live and sold by subscription. Hosts build the guide in about ten minutes from ready-made templates, add neighbourhood places from Google Places and translate it with one click; guests open it from a QR code, with no app and no login.

It starts with a free 30-minute call where you tell us where the front desk loses the most time. If one of our products solves the problem, we'll tell you; if you need something custom, we scope a first fixed-price milestone, ideally in the low season so you're ready for the peaks. You always talk directly to the senior engineers building the software.

Do guests have to download an app?
No. What we build for guests opens in the browser, from a QR code in the room or a link sent before arrival - nobody wants to install an app for a three-night stay.
In how many languages do they answer guests?
Kweendee answers in over 50 languages, in whatever language the guest writes. iiziguest translates the whole guide, place tips included, by switching a language on with one click.
Can they connect to our system or the property's website?
Kweendee is added to any website with a single script and learns from the site's pages, Notion, Google Docs and documents. For PMSs, booking engines and other systems it depends on what they expose - we check it together in the call.
Do you also build custom software for a single property or a group?
