Do we have to change our sales platform?

No. We connect to the platform you already use, so orders to deliver flow into the delivery system on their own. How we connect depends on what the platform exposes (API, webhooks or exports) - we check it together in the call.

Does the driver app work on iOS and Android?

Yes. We build it with Flutter, one codebase for iOS and Android. Drivers receive their assigned orders, open navigation to the address, update the delivery status and record proof of delivery with a photo or signature.

Are customers told about the delivery status?

Yes, with automatic messages at every status change. When and through which channel to notify them we decide together, based on how you work today.

Do you also build other software for e-commerce?

Yes. Beyond deliveries we build business software, integrations between payments, stock and accounting, and custom automations, in fixed-price milestones.
